Ceremony and Awakening
Every offering within this retreat is a ceremony of remembrance, a return to the sacred within. Through breathwork, cacao and hape, sound healing, and qi gong, we open the channels of the body and spirit to release what no longer serves and receive what is ready to arrive. These practices are not performances, but pathways and bridges that connect the physical and the divine, grounding you into your body while expanding your awareness. Each breath, each beat, each shared moment becomes part of your awakening.

Nourishment and Rest
Healing happens when the body feels safe, held, and fed by the Earth. Our on-site holistic chef will prepare meals that are vibrant, nourishing, and full of life-force energy. Every dish is crafted with intention and care, honoring your individual needs while celebrating the abundance of whole, healing foods. Between sessions, rest in the quiet beauty of your private room, soak in nature’s rhythm, or simply breathe under the open sky. This is your time to replenish, to remember the sacredness of slowing down.

Connection and Expansion
The Bridge of Becoming is both a personal and collective journey. Around the fire, under the stars, in shared silence or laughter, we reconnect to the truth that we were never meant to walk this path alone. Through guided journaling, shared ceremony, yoga, hiking, and authentic heart exchange, you will find resonance with others walking their own bridge of becoming. Each facilitator on this journey has walked their own bridge of transformation and now stands ready to guide others across. Together, we bring a tapestry of wisdom that weaves ancient ceremony with modern embodiment practices uniting breath, sound, movement, and presence. Every offering is led with intention, trauma awareness, and deep reverence for the individual path of becoming. We are here not to lead you away from yourself, but to hold space as you return home to the truth that has always lived within you.
Kai is a trauma informed breathwork facilitator, intuitive healer, sound practitioner, and the creator of Wild Fox Medicines. Their work weaves ceremonial breath, energy work, and spiritual guidance to help others remember their power and return home to their authentic self. Kai’s approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply transformative, creating spaces where healing, clarity, and embodiment naturally unfold.
Jessica is a certified Healing Breathwork Specialist who has been devoted to her path of spiritual growth for many years. She has immersed herself in workshops and retreats to deepen her skills and expand her capacity to help clients heal and transform. An avid journaler and meditator, Jessica brings mindfulness and intention into everything she does. She is passionate about sharing the wisdom she’s gained with those who are ready to elevate their own journeys.
Kathleen’s deep thirst for knowledge and understanding of total health: mind, body, and spirit guided her toward a path of profound personal and spiritual growth. She has expanded her esthetician and personal training business by embracing holistic wellness and incorporating sound healing for her clients. Kathleen cultivates her daily practises of breathwork, gratitude, and meditation to nurture balance and inner peace.
Stephanie is a holistic nutritionist, personal trainer, and chef who loves helping people create healthier lives through real food and movement. As a chef, she crafts gourmet, delicious meals that heal and ground her clients to support deep inner work and mindful transformation.
